The Crops (Food Crops) Regulations

3. Scope of application

Edition: 2025-10-28 · In force

These Regulations shall apply to all the food crops specified in the First Schedule that are—

(a)produced, processed and traded in Kenya; or

(b)imported into or exported out of, the country.
