16. Monitoring of quality standards
(1)The Authority shall, in collaboration with relevant Government agencies and county governments, ensure that horticultural crop inputs and produce conform to these Regulations, national, regional and international horticulture standards.(2)Every county government shall facilitate the development of market infrastructure to support the implementation of national standards.
