30. Import and export returns
(1)A registered exporter or importer of horticultural produce shall maintain accurate records of transactions relating to horticultural produce and shall submit quarterly returns to the Authority in Form 23 set out in the Second schedule.(2)A person who contravenes subregulation (1) commits an offence.
