6. Obligation to register nurseries and mother blocks
(1)A person shall not operate a commercial nursery or a mother block for supply to the domestic market unless the person holds a valid certificate of registration from the respective county government.(2)A person shall not operate a commercial nursery or mother block for supply to the export market unless the person holds a valid certificate of registration from the Authority.(3)A person who contravenes subregulation (1) or (2) commits an offence.
