16. Decision on registration, licensing and renewal
(1)The Authority or the county government as the case may be shall, when considering an application for new registration or renewal of registration, make a decision within fifteen days of the application.(2)The Authority shall, when considering an application for a new licence under these Regulations, make a decision within thirty days upon receipt of a complete application and shall forward the details of successful applicants for publication in the Gazette for thirty days.(3)The Authority shall, when considering an application for renewal of a licence under these Regulations, make a decision within thirty days upon receipt of an application(4)In case of an unsuccessful application, the Authority shall review re-submitted application for consideration upon fulfilling the set requirements.
