12. Annual and Monthly Production Statistical Returns
(1)A holder of a manufacturing licence shall—(a)not later than the fifteenth day of January of every year, complete and submit to the Authority with a copy to the respective county government, an Annual Statistical Return in Form AFA\TD\ Fl set out in the First Schedule;(b)not later than the fourteenth day of each month, complete and submit to the Authority and a copy to the respective county government a Monthly Production Statistical Returns in Form AFA\TD\F2 set out in the First Schedule.(2)A person who contravenes the provisions of this regulation commits an offence.
