19. Monthly return for buyer, exporter, importer, broker and warehouse
(1)Every tea buyer, exporter, importer and broker shall, not later than the fourteenth day of each month, complete and submit to the Authority a return in Form AFA\TD\L set out in the First Schedule.(2)The return submitted under subregulation (1) above shall include details of the teas bought in the previous month and the source and destination of such tea.(3)Every warehouseman shall, not later than the fifteenth day of January of every year, complete and submit to the Authority an Annual Statistical Return in Form AFA\TD\ M set out in the First Schedule.(4)A person who contravenes the provisions of this regulation commits an offence and shall be liable upon conviction to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand shillings or to imprisonment to a period not exceeding six months or to both.
