30. Transit tea
(1)An exporter or importer shall comply with the relevant customs laws and regulations on transit-shipment of goods in handling transit teas and maintain the relevant documents for inspection by the Authority.(2)Any person who exports or imports tea in contravention of these Regulations commits an offence and shall be liable upon conviction to the penalty prescribed under section 37 of the Act.
