34. Release order
(1)The Authority shall verify customs documentation on Release order, exports or imports of any tea consignment and issue an import or export release Order in Form AFA\TD\Y as set out in the First Schedule.(2)The Authority shall not issue a release order if an exporter or importer is in contravention of the provisions of the Act or any Regulations made thereunder.(3)The Authority may cancel the export or import release or approval order if an exporter or importer contravenes the provisions of the Act or any Regulations made there under.
