38. Declaration of blended teas
(1)A person who blends any or various grades of tea produced in Kenya with any other tea produced outside Kenya shall declare the percentage of Kenyan tea on the packaging and on the blend sheet.(2)A person who contravenes this regulation commits an offence and shall be liable upon conviction to the penalties prescribed under section 37 of the Act.
