41. Validity of licences and registration certificates and late application
(1)All licences and registration certificates issued under these Regulations shall expire on the thirtieth day of June of each year.(2)An application for a renewal of a licence or registration certificate shall be made at least one month prior to the expiry of such licence or registration certificate:Provided that, where an application for a renewal of a licence or registration is made, the licence or registration shall be deemed to continue in force until the application for renewal is determined.(3)The Authority may consider late application for renewal upon an applicant giving reasonable cause for the delay and upon approval for such application, the applicant shall pay a late application fee of 50% of the fees payable.
