In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—"Act" means the Dairy Industry Act (Cap 336);"Board" means the Kenya Dairy Board;"Cabinet Secretary" means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to dairy industry;"Compliance Officer" means an officer appointed by the Board under the Dairy Industry (Compliance Officers) Regulations, 2021;"County Executive Committee member" means the relevant County executive Committee member for the time being responsible for matters of dairy industry.Source: Kenya Law
