22. Collection of Samples
A sample of dairy produce from a retail shop, supermarket, grocery shop or any other place where dairy produce is sold shall be examined at least quarterly by a compliance officer or a person duly authorized by the Board for that purpose and the results of such testing shall be used to determine compliance with the relevant standard. Samples shall be obtained at the cost of the Board.Source: Kenya Law
