54. Offence under regulation
Any primary producer who fails to comply with any of the requirements of these Regulations commits an offence and is liable, on conviction to a fine not exceeding ten thousand shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to both such fine and imprisonment.Source: Kenya Law
