66. Capacity to assess milk quality and keeping of records
(1)operator milk bar operator shall have the capacity to conduct the basic quality assessments of milk and other relevant tests.(2)A milk bar operator shall—(a)employ persons who are capable of conducting the basic quality assessments tests.(b)keep records of the quality tests.
