7. Conditions for sale of dairy produce

A person shall, for the purpose of destroying or deactivating microorganisms in dairy produce, only process or manipulate the produce through—

(a)pasteurization;

(b)aseptic processing;

(c)retort-sterilization, and

(d)refrigeration after pasteurization.

(e)or any other method approved by the standards
