91. Cleaning and sanitizing of containers and equipment
(1)The cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, surfaces and vehicles in the milk processing establishment shall be done in a manner that prevents contamination of the dairy produce.(2)The records generated to confirm efficiency of cleaning shall be identified, dated and retained for a shelf life period of the relevant dairy produce consider one year
