8. General penalty
A person who contravenes any of the provision of this regulation commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding ten thousand shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten thousand shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both such fine and imprisonment.Source: Kenya Law
