16. Duty to notify.
(1)The information given by the civil registration entity pursuant to section 29 of the Act shall be simple, clear and in an understandable language.(2)In giving the information envisaged under paragraph (1), a civil registration entity may use physical or electronic formats, verbal means or any other technology.
