12. Revocation of L.N. 268/1990
(1)The Exchequer and Audit (Health Care Services Fund) Regulations, 1990 are revoked.(2)On coming into operation of these Regulations, all the assets and liabilities of the Health Care Services Fund existing under the Exchequer and Audit (Health Care Services Fund) Regulations, 1990 shall be transferred to and vest in the Fund.
