10. Interest rate
(1)A loan granted to a Commissioner or staff under these Regulations shall carry an initial interest rate of three percent per annum, which shall be subject to review from time to time by the Treasury.(2)The interest charged under paragraph (1) shall be utilized to defray the administrative expenses of Fund.
