53A. Remuneration of Commissioner

53A. Remuneration of Commissioner

(1)There shall be paid to the Commissioner such remuneration by way of salary, allowance, pension or gratuity as shall be determined by the President.

(2)The remuneration referred to in subsection (1) shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament.[Act No. 21 of 1990, Sch.]
