(1)There shall be a secretary to the Commission who shall be appointed by the Attorney-General.(2)The Attorney-General shall provide such public officers as are necessary for the proper and efficient exercise of the duties and functions of the Commission.(3)The Attorney-General may make rules regulating the structure and operation of the Commission and for the carrying into effect its functions under this Part.
