33I. Imposition of restrictions to meet treaty obligations
The Bank may, in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary, impose restrictions on payment for the purposes of enabling the Government of Kenya meet its obligations under any international treaty.[Act No. 10 of 1995, s. 6.]Source: Kenya Law
