33J. Permissions by the Bank

Any permission granted by the Bank under this Part may be—

(a)either general or special;

(b)revoked by the Bank at any time;

(c)absolute or conditional;

(d)limited so as to expire on a specified date unless renewed;

(e)published in such a manner as is in the opinion of the Bank appropriate.
