(1)The Chief Justice may make rules governing appeals under section 29 and providing for the fees to be paid, the scale of costs of any appeal and the procedures to be followed therein.(2)Until rules are made under subsection (1) and subject to any such rules, the provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (Cap. 21) apply as if the determination appealed against was a decree of a subordinate court exercising original jurisdiction.
