31. Staff and protection of Institute, etc., from liability
(1)The Institute and the Registration Board may each employ such persons as are necessary for the discharge of their respective functions.(2)No liability shall attach to the Institute, or the Registration Board or to any of their respective members, employees or agents for any loss or damage sustained by any person as a result of any act or omission done or made in good faith and without negligence in the performance or exercise or the intended performance or exercise of any duty or power or conferred by or under this Act.
