31. Funds of the Institute

The funds of the Institute shall comprise—

(a)funds as may be appropriated by the National Assembly;

(b)such funds as may accrue to the Institute in the performance of its functions;

(c)such monies as may be donated or lent to the Institute;

(d)the endowment fund;

(e)gifts and trusts from any source; or

(f)monies from any other sources as the Council may determine from time to time.
