32. Investment of funds

32. Investment of funds

(1)The Council may, from time to time and with the approval of the National Treasury, invest any of the funds of the Institute not immediately required for the purposes of the institute in securities, treasury bonds, trust funds or in any other securities in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act (Cap. 412A).

(2)The Council may place on deposit with such banks as it may determine, any moneys not immediately required for the purposes of the Institute in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act (Cap. 412A).
