10. Certificate holder responsibilities
A holder of an approved training organization certificate shall—(a)ensure that the facilities and working environment of an ATO are appropriate for the tasks to be performed;(b)ensure that it has the necessary technical data, equipment, training devices and material to conduct the courses for which it is approved;(c)not make a substantial change in facilities, equipment or material that have been approved for a particular training program, unless that change is approved by the Authority in advance;(d)maintain the records required by these Regulations in facilities adequate for that purpose; and(e)provide the method used for the completion and retention of the training records.
