9. Suspension or revocation
(1)The Authority shall suspend or revoke an approved training organization certificate, if it is established that a certificate holder has not met, or no longer meets the requirements of these Regulations.(2)The Authority may suspend, or revoke an approved training organisation certificate if it finds that the applicant does not comply with the approval requirements of these Regulations.
