8. Renewal of the certificate
(1)An approved training organization may apply for renewal of its approved training organisation certificate at least sixty days before the expiry date in order to ensure continuity of the training, provided the approved training organisation meets the requirements prescribed in these Regulations.(2)The Authority shall inspect an approved training organisation that applies for a renewal to ensure that the approved training organisation meets the requirements prescribed in these Regulations.
