102. Legal proceedings
(1)On or after the appointed day, all actions, suits or legal proceedings pending by or against the Agriculture and Food Authority in relation to the coffee sector shall be carried on or prosecuted by or against the Board, and no action, suit or legal proceedings shall in any manner abate or be prejudicially affected by the enactment of this Act.(2)On or after the appointed day, all actions, suits or legal proceedings pending by or against the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organisation in relation to the coffee research institute shall be carried on or prosecuted by or against the Institute, and no action, suit or legal proceedings shall in any manner abate or be prejudicially affected by the enactment of this Act.
