103. Reference to written laws
(1)Any reference to the Agriculture and Food Authority in any written law or in any contract, document or instrument of whatever nature, in relation to coffee, shall, on the appointed day, be read and construed as a reference to the Board.(2)Any reference to the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organisation in any written law or in any contract, document or instrument of whatever nature, in relation to coffee, shall, on the appointed day Act, be read and construed as a reference to the Institute.
