18. Sittings of the Court
(1)The location of the sittings of the Court shall be determined by President of the Court in consultation with the Chief Justice.(2)A notification of the location of the sittings of the Court referred to under subsection (1) shall be made in such manner as the Chief Justice may direct.(3)Notwithstanding subsection (2), nothing shall preclude the Court from disposing of any business in respect of which the location of the sitting of the Court has not been so notified.
