19. Establishment and organization of court registry
(1)There is established a registry of the Court which shall be located in Nairobi.(2)There shall be a sub-registry for each station of the Court outside Nairobi, and at any other place the Court may determine.(3)The Registrar shall put in place reasonable measures to ensure that the registry and every sub-registry of the Court are adequately facilitated to effectively undertake their functions.
