25. Seal of the Court
(1)The seal of the Court shall be such device as may be approved by the Chief Justice and shall bear the inscription "The Court of Appeal of Kenya".(2)The seal shall be kept in the custody of the Registrar and the duplicate thereof shall be kept by each of the Deputy Registrars or other officers of the Court as the Registrar may in writing determine.(3)The seal of the Court shall be used in accordance with the provisions of any law or the Rules.
