26. Court recess

(1)The Court shall go on recess annually as follows —

(a)from the Wednesday before Good Friday to the Wednesday after Easter Monday, inclusive;

(b)from 1st August to 15th August, inclusive; and

(c)from 21st December to 12th January, inclusive.

(2)The President of the Court shall, in consultation with the Chief Justice, determine the conduct of the business of the Court during the Court recess.[Act No. 11 of 2017, Sch.]
