5. Restriction of manufacture of authorized explosives

(1)No person shall manufacture any authorized explosive in any place other than an explosives factory.

(2)Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand shillings or, in default of payment, to imprisonment for a period not exceeding two years, and the explosive in respect of which any such contravention has taken place shall be forfeited.[Act No. 30 of 1953, s. 5.]
