6. Restriction of storage or possession of unauthorized explosives
(1)No person shall keep, store or be in possession of any unauthorized explosive—(a)unless it has been manufactured as provided by section 4(1)(a), and does not exceed two kilograms in weight; or(b)unless it has been manufactured as provided by section 4(1)(b), and is kept, stored or possessed in such manner and in such quantities as have been approved in writing by an inspector.(2)Subsections (2), (3) and (4) of section 4 shall apply mutatis mutandis in the event of any contravention of this section or of any of the conditions imposed thereunder.
