6. Establishment of the Office of the Food Safety Controller
(1)There is established the office of the Food and Feed Safety Controller which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, and in its corporate name shall be capable of—(b)acquiring or disposing of movable and immovable property; and(c)performing such acts as may be performed by a body corporate.(2)The Office of the Controller shall be designated as a State Office in accordance with paragraph (q) in the definition of State Office under Article 260 of the Constitution.
