5. Honorary fellows

5. Honorary fellows

(1)Where the Council considers that a person, not being a member of the Institute has rendered exceptional services to the Institute or the human resource management profession, the council may invite the person to become an Honorary Fellow of the Institute.

(2)An Honorary Fellow shall not be a member of the Institute.
