20. Remuneration of staff of the Organisation
(1)The officers, agents and staff of the Organisation shall be paid such remuneration and allowances as the Cabinet Secretary shall, in consultation with the Salaries and Remuneration Commission determine.(2)Pending the establishment of the Salaries and Remuneration Commission, the remuneration and allowances under subsection (1) shall be determined by the Cabinet Secretary in consultation with the Treasury.
