17. Protection from personal liability
An officer, employee or agent of the Agency or any person acting on such officer’s, employee’s or agent’s directions is not personally liable to any action, claim or demand whatsoever for an act or omission by a member of the Agency or any officer, employee or agent of the Agency if the act or omission is done without malice for purposes of executing the functions, powers or duties of the Agency.Source: Kenya Law
