19. Funds of the Agency

19. Funds of the Agency
(1)The funds of the Agency shall consist of—(a)funds appropriated by the National Assembly for purposes of the Agency;(b)moneys or assets as may accrue to or vest in the Agency in the course of the exercise of its powers or the performance of its functions under this Act or any other written law;(c)sums as may be payable to the Agency pursuant to this Act or any other written law, or pursuant to any trust;(d)any grants, gifts, donations or endowments received by the Board on behalf of the Agency;(e)any other funds that may be received by the Agency from any other source; and(f)fees from consultancy and other services by the Agency.(2)The Agency shall disclose details of the sources of its funds in its annual report.
