12. Committees of the Board

12. Committees of the Board

(1)The Board may establish committees for the effective performance of its functions or exercise of its powers under this Order.

(2)The Board may co-opt into the membership of a committee any person whose knowledge and expertise may be necessary for the effective performance of the functions of the Hospital.

(3)A person co-opted into a committee under subparagraph (2) may attend the meetings of the committee and participate in its deliberations, but shall not vote at such meetings.
