13. Meetings of the Board
(1)The Board shall meet at least four times in every financial year and not more than four months shall elapse between the date of one meeting and the date of the next meeting.(2)The Chairperson shall preside over the meetings of the Board and in the absence of the Chairperson, the other members present at the meeting shall appoint one of the members to act as chairperson for the purpose of that meeting.(3)The quorum for the meetings of the Board shall be five members.(4)Subject to the provisions of this Order, the Board may regulate its own procedure.
