114. Renewal of mining licence
(1)The holder of a mining licence may apply to the Cabinet Secretary for the renewal of the licence.(2)An application under subsection (1) shall be made in the prescribed form and be accompanied by the prescribed fee in respect of all or part of the licence area.(3)An application for the renewal of a mining licence shall be made at least one year before the expiry of the licence.
