115. Application for renewal of mining licence
An application for the renewal of a mining licence shall contain the information or be accompanied by the following documents—(a)a proposed programme of mining operations to be carried out during the term of renewal;(b)a plan of the area in respect of which renewal of the mining licence is sought including all or any of the contiguous blocks in the mining licence area;(c)an approved environmental impact assessment licence, social heritage assessment, environmental management plan in respect of the applicant's proposals, where required under the Environmental Management and Coordination Act and Community Development Agreement; and(d)such additional information as the Cabinet Secretary may prescribe.
