22. Staff of the Board
(1)The Board shall appoint such officers and other staff as are necessary for the proper management of the Fund and discharge of its functions under this Act, upon such terms and conditions of service as it may determine.(2)The officer of the Board for each constituency shall administratively report to the Constituency Committee.(3)The Constituency committee shall participate in the annual appraisal of the officer of the Board seconded to the constituency based on criteria developed by the Board.(4)The principal management structure of the Board shall be established or varied by the Board with the approval of the Cabinet Secretary.
